My Pondered Thoughts:
Every year, I try a different way to make turkey for my special D. This was by far the easiest, tastiest, best way to make turkey. Sous vide has changed the way I cook. I can not overstate how juicy this turkey turned out. I was able to try two types of seasonings and both deliciousness to the max!!! If you get a chance to try this cooking method, go for it! Steak and poultry are always done with perfect doneness to your liking. I bought the Food and Wine Sous vide, it was less expensive than the Joule and Anova brand. It had the functionality I needed. I get so stoked out when I discover new ways of doing things.
As for the vegetables, I roasted them in the oven, next time I will try the sous vide way :)
